Daywise Tour Itinerary (05 Days)

Day 1 : New Alipurduar to Phuentsholing

Upon arrival at New Alipurduar, you will be transferred to Jaigaon, which is an Indian border town. From there, you will walk across the border into Phuentsholing, Bhutan, where immigration formalities will be completed. After checking into your hotel, you can spend your evening exploring Zangto Pelri and the local market at your own pace, followed by dinner at the hotel and an overnight stay in Phuentsholing.

Day 2 : P/ling to Thimphu .( 176kmt. 6 hrs way )

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will meet your guide and complete the necessary permit formalities. En route to you will enjoy sightseeing including Melaraypa Lhakhang, Gedu town, and scenic dam and waterfall viewpoints. Upon arrival in Thimphu, the evening will be free for a city stroll before having dinner and staying overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 : Thimphu Sightseeing /Paro (60km 1.1/2 hrs. way)

Following morning breakfast and hotel check-out, you will explore the Memorial Chorten, Buddha Dordenma (Buddha Point),and the mini Zoo. The sightseeing continues wiht visits to the sangaygang View Point, Handicraft Emporium,Paper Factory,Folk Heritage Museum, and the National Library. After completing the sightseeing, you will proceed to Paro, check into your hotel,and enjoy dinner. Overnight stay will be in Paro.

Day 4 : Paro Tiger Nest's Trek

Option A) After morning breakfast, you will go on a trek to the Tiger's Nest Monastery, which is a 4–5 hours round trip. Later, you will visit Kyichu Lhakhang and Drukgyel Dzong. You also have the option for a Hot Stone Bath or Cultural Program on a directly payable basis. The day ends with dinner at the hotel and an overnight stay in Paro.

Paro Full-day Sightseeing

(Option B) After morning breakfast, you will visit Ta Dzong (National Museum), Rinpung Dzong, and Kyichu Lhakhang. Enjoy a farmhouse experience with airport and river side views, followed by a free evening to stroll through the local market. The day concludes with dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel in Paro.

Day 5 : Paro to Phuentsholing / New Alipurduar Drop

After morning breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Phuentsholing. Upon arrival, your guide will assist you with the exit immigration formalities before you transit to an Indian vehicle. After escorting you safely to the vehicle, the Bhutan guide will bid you farewell. Thereafter, continue your drive towards New Alipurduar railway station for your onward journey, where your memorable tour concludes.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of bookings will be subject to the rules and regulations of the respective hotel, along with an administrative charge of ₹2,000.
Refund policy:

Cancellation made more than 30 days prior to the journey: 95% refund.
Cancellation made between 10 to 30 days prior to the journey: 90% refund.
Cancellation made less than 10 days prior to the journey: No refund.
All refunds are also subject to the rules and regulations of the hotel.

Any request for postponement of travel dates will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to availability.

No changes are permissible once the package is confirmed. We shall not be held responsible for any changes in the itinerary or issues arising with reservations

Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT:

Payments can be made via bank transfer (account pay), Google Pay, or PhonePe.
A booking will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment. A minimum of 50% of the total package cost must be paid in advance to secure the booking. The remaining 50% must be settled on arrival on the first day of the tour.

Guests who make 100% payment at the time of booking confirmation will be eligible for a special discount of 1.5% on the total package cost

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

In the event that the desired hotel is unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to accommodate guests in a similar category hotel.
All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
The issued voucher/package is non-transferable.
The itinerary is subject to change depending on prevailing conditions. Guests are requested to cooperate in case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, sudden vehicle breakdowns, accidents, theft, robbery, etc.
If bookings are cancelled or postponed due to lockdowns, or law and order issues—even at the last moment—guests will be eligible for either a refund or a credit note, as applicable.
Any requests for changes after confirmation or during the tour will attract full retention charges. Modifications will only be considered in genuine cases and subject to availability of alternative arrangements.
In case of refunds, the applicable GST on the advance amount paid will be deducted.
Refund processes will be initiated at the earliest possible time; however, no specific timeline can be guaranteed.
Cancelled trips can be rebooked at any time without requiring an additional advance payment.
For confirmed international bookings, refunds are not applicable. However, travel dates may be postponed.
Any increase in fuel prices during the tour may result in additional charges payable by the guest.
