Daywise Tour Itinerary (08 Days)

Day 1 : Arrival – Bagdogra to Phuentsholing

Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport, receive a warm traditional welcome by our representative/guide and transfer to Jaigaon, the Indian border town. Walk across the border into Phuentsholing, Bhutan, and complete the required normal entry formalities. After completing the entry process, check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, spend time visiting Zangto Pelri and exploring the local market. Enjoy a delicious dinner at the hotel followed by an overnight stay in Phuentsholing.

Day 2 : Phuentsholing to Thimphu

Upon waking up, enjoy breakfast at the hotel. The guide will meet you directly at the hotel to explain the tour itinerary and details. Afterwards, complete the check-out process and finish the necessary permit formalities. On your drive towards Thimphu, enjoy en-route sightseeing with stops at Melaraypa Lhakhang, Gedu town, and scenic dam and waterfall viewpoints. Upon arrival in Thimphu, check in to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure strolling around the city. Conclude the day with dinner at the hotel and an overnight stay in Thimphu.

Day 3 : Thimphu Sightseeing

Morning after B/Fast whole day sightseeing in Thimphu, like - Visit National Library, school of traditional arts and crafts, Textile Museum, Motithang mini Zoo. After lunch, visit Tashichho dzong, National Memorial Chorten, the government-run Handicrafts Emporium and local crafts shops, to browse through examples of Bhutan's fine traditional arts and overnight halt at same hotel.

Day 4 : Thimphu to Punakha (Wangdue)

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel, followed by the check-out process. Begin your sightseeing journey with a visit to the historical Simtokha Dzong, then stop at the scenic Dochula Pass to admire the breathtaking panoramic views of the Himalayas. Continue towards Punakha to explore the majestic Punakha Dzong, walk across the famous Suspension Bridge, and visit the sacred Chimi Lhakhang. If you wish to add some adventure, optional river rafting is available at an additional cost ranging from ₹6,000 to ₹8,000, payable directly at the site. Upon arriving in Punakha, complete your hotel check-in, enjoy a delicious dinner, and relax for an overnight stay in Punakha.

Day 5 : Punakha (Wangdue) to Paro Sightseeing

After breakfast, transferred to drive to Paro enjoy sightseeing on the way and checkinn hotel.

Afternoon visit Drukgyel Dzong, the ruined fortress from where Bhutanese repelled several invasion by Tibetan armies, visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest and most sacred shrines of the Kingdom.

Overnight at the in Paro.

Day 6 : Paro Tiger’s Nest Trek

After breakfast, visit Ta Dzong (National Museum) and then walk down the trail to visit Rinpung Dzong which has a long and fascinating history.

after lunch trekking to Taktshang Monastery (Tiger nest), it is two hours hike from the mountain base. The monastery is built on a scary cliff.

And Overnight in Paro.

Day 7 : Paro to Phuentsholing

After breakfastback to Phuentsholing on the way sightseeing Dam View and natural beauties s and overnight stay at Phuentsholing.

Day 8 : Departure – Phuentsholing to IXB

Morning after b/fast drop at bagdogra airport and back to home.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of bookings will be subject to the rules and regulations of the respective hotel, along with an administrative charge of ₹2,000.
Refund policy:

Cancellation made more than 30 days prior to the journey: 95% refund.
Cancellation made between 10 to 30 days prior to the journey: 90% refund.
Cancellation made less than 10 days prior to the journey: No refund.

All refunds are also subject to the rules and regulations of the hotel.
Any request for postponement of travel dates will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to availability.
No changes are permissible once the package is confirmed. We shall not be held responsible for any changes in the itinerary or issues arising with reservations.

PAYMENT:

Payments can be made via bank transfer (account pay), Google Pay, or PhonePe.
A booking will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment. A minimum of 50% of the total package cost must be paid in advance to secure the booking. The remaining 50% must be settled on arrival on the first day of the tour.
Guests who make 100% payment at the time of booking confirmation will be eligible for a special discount of 1.5% on the total package cost.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

In the event that the desired hotel is unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to accommodate guests in a similar category hotel.
All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
The issued voucher/package is non-transferable.
The itinerary is subject to change depending on prevailing conditions. Guests are requested to cooperate in case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, sudden vehicle breakdowns, accidents, theft, robbery, etc.
If bookings are cancelled or postponed due to lockdowns, or law and order issues—even at the last moment—guests will be eligible for either a refund or a credit note, as applicable.
Any requests for changes after confirmation or during the tour will attract full retention charges. Modifications will only be considered in genuine cases and subject to availability of alternative arrangements.
In case of refunds, the applicable GST on the advance amount paid will be deducted.
Refund processes will be initiated at the earliest possible time; however, no specific timeline can be guaranteed.
Cancelled trips can be rebooked at any time without requiring an additional advance payment.
For confirmed international bookings, refunds are not applicable. However, travel dates may be postponed.
Any increase in fuel prices during the tour may result in additional charges payable by the guest.
In case of any legal matter involving our travel guests, the First Information Report (FIR) must be registered only at our designated local police station.
